Anticoagulation Service

This popular program combines supervised exercise with education, including individual nutrition counseling, and support in order to speed your rehabilitation after a heart attack, bypass surgery or episodes of angina. Participants are referred to the 12-week program by their primary care physicians. You do not need to be an Emerson Hospital patient to take advantage of the cardiac rehabilitation program.

Emerson Hospital Home Care

The highly regarded heart failure program emphasizes patient/family education and follow-up by nursing staff with the goal of identifying symptoms early and maintaining good health at home.
